My first fish chop!

Today I had my first time of cooking fish chop. It was really quite a lot of work, cos I used bread crumbs and egg and had to fry it. It turned out pretty ok, though not as good as I hoped it would. Stephan said its a very good effort for a first try... definitely will want to try out more types of recipes.... Aunt Ruth (the lady staying with the Moks) was cooking chinese food in the same kitchen too..... Realized I got a L-O-N-G way to go b4 I become good at cooking... However, its really good to have a husband who's so willing to eat everything that I cook...Heheee
