Professional Maternity Shots

These are the maternity shots that I promised to post. We were given about 60+ shots but have decided to post only the nicest ones. :)

They were taken when I was 26 weeks pregnant, so I wasn't fully "blown-up" then. When we were given a choice of venue for the outdoor shots, we decided on Botanical Gardens because of its flora and fauna as well as the fact that we took our wedding shots here 5 years ago too!

I amaze myself when I look at some of the photos and think, "Oh boy, my belly was so much smaller then!" Wonder what I'll say in another 7 more weeks!
This is actually a candid shot cos Gene (the photographer) didn't want me to hide my eyes with my sunglasses initially.
Like how my bump actually looks quite big here! Pregnancy's the only time in a woman's life when one is proud to have a nice, round and protruding belly!!!
 Kissing under the pavilion
Here's looking at us
One of my favourite shots. I previously posted this shot here.
Another romantic kiss under the trees
Smiley mood: Like the angle of this shot with the hanging roots in the air
Dreamy mood: Couldn't decide if I preferred the horizontal or vertical shot, so I decided to post both
Isn't this statue soo symbolic? I remember coming to the exact same spot one year ago and praying that I would love to be pregnant by the next time I came back to Singapore. And true enough, God heard my prayer!
This photo to so "us"! We spent hours talking during our long-distance relationship and still enjoy talking to each other after being together for more than 8 years now!
So how else should we be smiling....
I used to go to the Botanical gardens when I lived by myself in Singapore. This is the bench that I used to sit on to spend some quiet time with God on Saturdays and think about my life. It's so meaningful to be back at the same spot and reflect on how far God has brought me in my walk with Him and how much my life has changed.
This photo is the epitomy of my hubby. Doesn't he simply look awesome here!!!!
Baby beanie, this is your Daddy doing the one thing I can't do - kissing you
Amazing to see this "fatherly" side of my hubby!
Hey baby, here's pointing at you!
Isn't that the cutest shirt? Wonder if baby will end up looking more like hubby or me?
Looks like such a yoga pose right??
My belly looks so much bigger now! And back then, I already thought I was so expanded!
While we were taking this shot, baby unexpectedly moved in my belly and the socks actually got "knocked out" of position.
So we repositioned the socks and took a new pix
Wonder what the future holds for us...
But no matter what it holds, I'm glad to have you by my side
And little baby's going to be such a blessing to us and his generation.

Yuppy, that's it. Hope you enjoyed this photo journey with us! Thanks so much Gene and Olivia for your time and work!!! You can check out their website here.

Do let me know which photo(s) you like the best, cos we're trying to decide which ones we should print.

Hi Ai Ling!

Thanks a lot. Yeah, even when I was blogging, it was such a reflective post to think about how much has happened in the past 5 years in Germany! Thanks so much for your support and prayers through the ups and downs!
