Bali Day 5 & 6 - Just chilling in hotel and spa

Above: (click for bigger view) My first-ever panoramic, stitched-up photo! :) Not too bad eh? Never felt that I was the I.T. type of person, but this software is so easy to use! Will take more landscape photos from now onwards. Le Meridien´s gorgeous pools with a massage waterfall, waterpolo and basketball nets...

Finally down to the last 2 days! Phew...that would mean that my work with 335 photos are over!We did nothing much in Bali except to sleep in, enjoy the hotel facilities, swim, read etc. Oh, we did go to another spa in Seminyak - Bodyworks. This is THE spa to go to! Superb service, excellent massages and it was the same price we paid at the other spa place too.
Some snapshots of our hotel and the surroundings

The amazing beach, which is not-swimmable as the waves are too strong

The golf course (background) and whirlpool pampering....That´s a typical shot of Stephan - whenever he can, he´d get a book to read....

The super-fun slides that both adults and children get a kick out of. I´m so into theme-park fun....we might be end up going to Europa Park this weekend to celebrate Stephan´s birthday!
They decorated the entire outdoor area so beautifully to resemble a cruise ship.....
We had dinner at the hotel on the last night before we checked-out. They had seafood grill buffet on the sand pit next to the beach...so we dined to candlelight dinner and the sounds of crashing waves on the cliff.... so romantic right? We only realized that we´d been spending so much on meals when the hotel dinner was actually cheaper than the other restaurants where we have been to!
On our last day in Bali, we decided to go for another pampering session. Stephan had his first-ever manicure while I had my pedicure - reason being that we had to wait an hour before our spa appointment
That´s us at the spa. It definitely looks greater on the interior compared to the first one and the masseurs were so busy that they were not sitting around waiting for business. That´s how one distinguishes a good spa from an average one.... we had the luxury of using Norman as our driver again and he gave us tips on where to go again!

We ended a superb time in Bali by dining at The Living Room also in Seminyak. The ambience was once-again very romantic (minus the mosquitoes). Yup, that´s it! 6 days in paradise. We´ll definitely be going back there again!

Hey Pris,
Was wondering the restos in Seminyak, did you explored them on your own or was it through recommendations?
You make me feel like buzzing off to bali RIGHT NOW!

Hi Cory!:)
The restaurants I visited - I went there on recommendations through websites, my sister and the driver who drove us around. All very good, but Ku De Ta was the best! - and most expensive too! And yes, I feel like buzzing back to Bali for massages too! Miss the massages....

Pris, is there suppose to be a link for 'Bodyworks'?? I'm excited to check it out! :-)

Dear Cory, I tried looking for a website for Bodyworks. However, I´m afraid that they don´t have their own website. They do however have over 1,200 links for Bodyworks online. http://www.barudibali.com/bodyworks-spa/?tab=main for example.

Hey Pris,
Guess what... I am going to Bali in Aug, over National Day!!!
I'm so looking forward to it. But it will be a chill and relax one for me as I have been to most of the sights around Kuta and Ubud.

Hey Cory! I´m so happy for you! Wish I could join you too! If only Bali was not so far away! I would straight away book myself a spa session in Bodyworks! Miss it so so much! It´d be a miracle if I can find affordable spas in Germany! Let me know what you did ok?

Hi dear Steph! Hahah...you can go there for post-natal massages too!Oh, forgot you don´t like massages. Or you can book yourself into a villa and be pampered by 24-hr butlers etc.... I think it depends on when you go there. Probably April, when we went there, was the hot season....
