I tried to make mee siam the other day, while following the recipe of one of my cookbooks. The sad thing was it tasted simply like fried bee hoon! The good thing was that at least it tasted yummy. I shall just wait till my next trip to Singapore to get my mee siam again. Anybody has a good mee siam recipe to share with me? I´m convinced that the recipe I had was b-a-d. Hahah, what a nice way to console myself, when the food doesn´t turn out the way I wanted to eh? haha.

No point sending you recipe for Mee Siam because it would be difficult for you to get the ingredients to make the Rempah (paste). It makes more sense for me to send you Prima Taste paste instead. Akan Datang (coming soon)
hey grace, do u know what are the basic ingredients there are in Rempah? According to my recipe, its mainly "tau cheong" which I do have here..... Ohhhh! Would you like to send me a package from Singapore?`If its possible, do you think I could trouble you for a list of stuff I need?
