I just came back from an awesome steamboat-cum-BBQ dinner with my lovely girly bunch and their bfs, namely Andrea, Jen, Shawn and HuanYang. So amazing to be going for a triple date together. They treated Stephan and I cos we both are not working since we are with YWAM now, thanks dear gals and guys.... And thank You Jesus for giving us a lovely treat! It was really cool, the guys had their guy-ly chat and the girls also chatted.... Not that much catching up on each other, but we had a lot of sharing on experiences, and different topics of how guys get turned on by skimpily-clad women around.... relevant topic since stephan and i are staying in geylang now....
Anyways, first 2 weeks in Ywam is mind-blowing. God really does speak to His children! I'm still not hearing properly yet, but will keep trying and listening...think its really a skill that takes lots and lots of effort and perserance....... Got to know this girl Yen, who's really cool...from church of our saviour..... share a lot of things in common and really thank God for the fact that we are in the same DTS and around the same age..... so got someone to click with... get along pretty well with the rest of the team too.....
The week passes really fast.... this week we had Art and Ellen Sanborn to speak with us on Guidance and Intercession. They are like so amazing, Art is a quadrapedric who walks!!!! That's such an amazing testimony in itself and both of them have been serving as missionaries in Thailand for the past 25 years.....
