Prawn paste chicken is one of the local delicacies in Singapore. I bought a few packets last year and realized that I haven't used them at all! And we would be going back to Singapore again in May. So I decided to get my fingers dirty and soiled the whole kitchen (cos one has to deep fry the chicken). But oh boy. The result can only be summarized in one word.
SHIOK!!!!! - Singlish word for "incredibly delicious!!!"
