Tough times....

I´ve been going through very rough times lately. Don´t really feel ready to share it over my blog. But if you could, please do keep me your prayers during this time. I´m quite at a lost about what to do and really need God´s direction and orientation about my spiritual life, youth cell group and marriage. Realized that there are many issues which I buried and not dealt with for the past year, when Stephan was dealing with his tax advisor´s exams. Now that its over, suddenly its like the dam has burst and everything's gushing out. Sometimes I'm so overwhelmed that I feel like I´m drowning in my circumstances and my own weaknesses. At times like this, I can just pray for God to give me strength and grace to go through a day at a time.....

Hey Pris
Hang in there, sometimes we have to step out of the box and try see it from a different angle and try to see things from a long term perspective and not just the NOW.
And yes whatever it is, you know you are not alone, he's carrying you. It's good you are dealing with it, sometimes we have to face fire, fight it and come out all purified to start anew.
Take care and God bless.

Take time to reflect all the activities that you had gone through.
Treasured those times that had added spiritual values to your lives with enduring joy and peace. For others that had just provided superficial happiness, well, avoid them if you could.
Each activity should bring spiritual value through edification, encouragement, strengthening of faith...In essense, it must be value added.
Continued to honour God by pursuing daily family devotion, sharing and prayer.
Put into biblical practice and reach out to non-believers as often as you could and you would be more blessed to give than to receive.
As far as I could remember and testify, it is most uplifting to have Christ as the Center of our lives.
Be brave to share your inner needs with someone whom you could truly trust.
As Christians, we are obligated to support one another through ceaseless prayer with specific prayer request.
If King David life could be read by billions around the world, how much more should our lives be transparent before God and his beloved children.
Been praying for your marriage life etc daily.

Just a request, feel more comfortable, and something like more 'feng-shui' to have white background instead of black now.
Is it possible? Thanks.

Dear Steph...
Thanks. I´m trying to figure out some stuff regarding my ministry in church as I´m facing some very real issues that bug me like crazy. Its quite hard to explain in a nutshell, but I will blog about it when I feel better about it. For now, I´m still praying and asking God for wisdom to handle the whole situation. Its tough when you´re married to a German and meet some very "German" issues...but hubby is slowly starting to see the light. Slowly slowly....still trusting and hoping.

Dear "original more soothing"
Thks for yr feedback. I actually like the black colour since its a nice change and makes my photos more eye-catching. Stephan agrees with you though. Let me enjoy my "black" for a while longer and I´ll see if I can find some other lighter colours ok? But must give me time, cos the whole template changes when I change the colour and settings.....
