Sleeping woman in my class

I have an 8am class every Morning. Actually I have 2 classes, one from 8-930am, the other from 930-11am. Its been a dread to wake up at 630am every Monday and I find myself really not looking forward to that on Sunday evenings.

Anyways, why am I posting this? Well, today for the first time, I had one student who was dozing off in class! It wasn´t that bad for myself, but I felt bad for the one student who was having her "presentation". Every student would have to come up with a topic of interest that they would have to talk about for 15-30mins. Today´s student prepared her topic about her trip to Egypt, together with photos and historical background of the country. While she was talking, her friend (just beside her) was like dozing off in class and her head was falling sideways a couple of times. The guy next to her was like playing with his fingers under the table. I was like the only person who seemed midly interested in what was going on - ie. asking questions, taking a closer look at the photos.

What frustrates me that the woman who fell asleep, was like the one who objected having the class a little later...say maybe 11am to 1230pm. My time is quite flexible and I suggested having the class a bit later, since most people are still tired at 8am on Monday morning. But no, this woman had to object to it and said that she would prefer to have it difficult, but at least the English class is the first thing in the morning.

And then, true enough, 2 weeks after we discussed about this, she was the culprit who had to doze off. I guess, she really couldn´t help it, cos she looked like she was really tired....but still!?!?!?
