Montreux, Switzerland

I said that I would post my Montreux photos, so here they are......(amidst the long break). The photos are random and bascially showcase the main sights of Montreux - The Lake Geneva and the Chateau de Chillon (the castle).....

The buildings and architecture all look so french! Looks like the French Rivieria

I like this pix with me and my Dad

I´m taller here, cos I´m standing on a raised platform
Chateau de Chillon - We took a 1.5 hr self-explanatory tour around the castle, during which we learnt a bit abt the history of Montreux. This castle used to be a place where the gov. officials collected taxes in-kind from ppl who passed by. There was a prison in the castle too where several "enemies" from opposing "countries" were imprisoned.

The model of the castle inside the real castle
In the courtyard

That´s a nice funny shot with my Dad. The weather wasn´t the best, as u can see.
