2nd year wedding anniversary
Top left: me all dressed up for our date.....Can´t believe that its already been 2 yrs since I became a Mrs T. Wow. Time does fly in the blink of an eye. I must say that married life is so much more enjoyable and fulfilling than when I was single. Of course there are challenges, plus the usual ups and downs, but I´m so happy that God orchestrated that I could meet the man of my dreams, whom I must really say complements me so much! Or more politically-correct put, we complement each other a lot. Even though this year is quite a rough one, mainly cos of Stephan´s tax advisor´s course, I´m glad that we´ve adjusted well into the usual routine of him being away for 6 hrs every Fri and Sat, plus the usual studying to finish up with his homework on time. We find time to spend together on Saturday evenings (when we go for dinner and watch a DvD or go to the cinema) or Sundays when we go to church together and go for a walk in the afternoon (in between his studying).
We went to Maredo´s - an Argentinian restaurant that serves steaks and grilled food. Its a bit upper-end, but not super expensive (for German standards). Even then, we ended up spending about 45€ on food and drinks. Nevertheless, I was so happy with the place and food, cos I was craving for grilled fish and since Germany is not a seafood place, I was kinna expecting to fork out at least 20€ or more. We prayed and asked God to show us a nice restaurant to go to, taking into consideration our budget. Turns out, the restaurant had a promotion of grilled fish on mediterranean rice and free salad for about 13€! I was so happy and the food turned out yummilicious too! Too bad, I only took a photo of the chicken wings and you can´t see the food much from the other photo
